Carbon Block

Carbon block raw materials include anthracite, coke and graphite, as well as asphalt, tar and anthracene oil binders. Anthracite has less volatile content and a dense structure. When producing carbon bricks, it is mostly used as aggregate, metallurgical coke is added, and asphalt is used as a binder. The technical requirements of carbon bricks generally contain carbon content ≥92%; mechanical strength ≥25MPa; ash content ≤8%. The external dimensions are strict, and the general products must be processed with certain mechanical processing.
